Substance Abuse Policy

Century’s substance abuse policy is straightforward:

• We enforce zero tolerance for substance abuse, applying to all employees.
• All employees are subject to pre-employment, random and post-incident testing.
• Any employee testing positive will be removed from a project and will not be eligible for re-hire.
