Safety Training

The best way to prevent job site injuries starts with education. All of our management, supervisors, and superintendents have been OSHA 30-hour trained, and all employees complete a safety training program. We also offer continuing education programs annually, and begin each week with a toolbox safety meeting. 

Before any Century employee enters a job site, our project and safety management teams study the client’s safety and general plant conduct rules. We then incorporate this information into our orientation program for project employees and subcontractors. Likewise, we ensure our client’s personnel understand Century safety rules and requirements.
